Future Motors conducts hugely successful field trials of new technology pump systems

Working with a prestigious luxury car manufacturer and long-standing client, Future Motors has conducted the first validation trials with our new technology pump systems.

 What did we do?

-       Replaced 7 pumps with new Pump/Motor/VSD solution (2 x 3kW, 1 x 4kW, 4 x 7.5kW)

-       Installed 1 VSD onto 1 existing pump (4kW)

-       All motors ran on stand by so in use 12 hours per day equivalent, 7 days a week

-       Matched same differential pressure, therefore flow rate

And the results...

·      Blended savings across all new applications 40.9%

·      79,323 kWh’s saved

·      Over 16.5 tonnes of carbon saved.

We are excited to see the validation of our new pump system and look forward to rolling it out across our extensive client base to expand on the already significant energy efficiencies our smart tech delivers.
