Global real estate firm to benefit from AHU upgrades with Future Motors smart motor tech

With a commitment to achieve operational net zero carbon across their portfolio by 2050 or sooner, this global real estate firm will soon reap the benefits of Future Motors smart motor tech.

Starting in November, Future Motors will deliver a direct drive upgrade to the Air Handling Units using 16 motors at an exceptional office building in the heart of London.

Working for the principal contractor, our solution was specified by a leading consultancy firm that specialises in engineering and sustainability services for the built environment.

The project will also involve upgrades to the BMS system and the introduction of a demand control strategy to minimise energy consumption.

We are already working with the engineering consultancy  on other projects to help their clients save even more money and energy during 2025.
